Children’s Day is celebrated in nations all over the world. This year Woodburn School District Title I-A & I-C Parent Advisory Committee, in cooperation with the schools, City of Woodburn, Public Library, service agencies, organizations, and the Woodburn community will celebrate its 17th annual Día del Niño/ Day of the Child.
Children and youth are at the center of this program, which offers reading activities, literacy games, refreshments, free books, student performances and exciting entertainment.
This year, the celebration will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, at French Prairie Middle School located at 1025 North Boones Ferry Rd. Woodburn, OR. 97071
