Spring Break Lunch and Books Program

What is the Spring Break Lunch Program?

Is a program of Marion-Polk Food Share that helps feed kids during the week of Spring Break when school meals are not available. Working in concert with area school districts and their food service departments, Boys and Girls Clubs, Salem Housing Authority, AC Gilbert Discovery Village, Salem/Keizer Education Foundation and other community partners, lunches are served at sites in high-need areas throughout the community. These sites are located at schools, apartment complexes, churches, community centers, and an area bowling center and are open to all children between one and eighteen years of age.

If you have further questions about the No Hungry Child  Program or if you would like to volunteer, please call 503-581-3855 or mpfsonline@marionpolkfoodshare.org
