Polk Halo Program

Offer career, education, and transition services for economically disadvantaged youth in Polk County. Participants must be between 17-21 (can serve after 21 if deemed eligible prior to their 22nd birthday), and have a barrier to employment and education. We partner with Chemeketa Community College and provide on-site GED preparation.
