Reading for All is a partnership with the Oregon Community Foundation. The Foundation's commitment to early childhood development and to strengthening children and families blends will with the mission of each County's Commission on Children and Families. Together with community volunteers and resources, we will mobilize to increase literacy in the Northern Willamette Valley.
Because 90% of brain development happens by age 5, making reading a priority in early childhood yields the greatest return on investment.
